When measuring lift or ride heigth changes, always measure from the center of the wheel hub straight up to the fender lip. This measurement will always be consistent and is unaffected by ground irregularities.

I am wanting to get some 35" BFG KM2's to put on the stock FX4 wheels. Everyone is doing this with the 2.5" AS. Will this combo still fit with the Bilsteins instead? I would rather go with them.

I have 33's on wheels with 4.5" backspace. I "believe" that works out to about the same clearance as 35's on stock. I did some trimming to avoid rubbing at full lock and offroading. But mine fit now on the Bilsteins

x2 this way is better. I was lazy and trying to get a quick measurement so I used front bumper.

I have that exact set up. 35" BFG KM2's on stock 18" FX4 wheels and the Bilsteins. Clearance is good. Tires rub slightly on the control arm at full wheel lock though.

Got my four from Shockwarehouse.com when they had buy 3 get 4th free. Used the loaner compressor from Autozone. No issues other than I had to cut the rusted nuts off the sway bar links. Took about 2.5 hours for all four. Took longer to get my back from the front end alignment shop. You know they need your truck all day for a 30 minute job.

I just got my bilstein 5100 install, the ride is a little bit firmer but way more controled. I put them at the top slot wich bring me fully levelled. No cam bolts or nothing was needed for the alignment, it was just a little bit off after the install.

Here as some pics of the install, will get full pics of the truck soon.
