The report is a good idea, but I don't know how much they'd investigate since there were no witnesses. You could put up some flyers around the apt. asking if someone saw it and offer a LARGE REWARD!!!!!

If that doesn't work, take some clear fishing line, attach those small lead fishing weights to them and tie the lines to his wipers. He'll hear them weights hitting his windshield but not really see them.....I heard this works but never tried it.

Good luck with it all.

I'm not going to do any damage to his truck, but I am going to try and drive him crazy by randomly letting the air out of a tire, and squirting dirty used motor oil on the bottom of the engine and under the truck. I also thought about rolling some marbles up the tailpipe and getting them to roll into the muffler, I figure they will vibrate pretty loud.

Throw an egg in the gas tank while your at it. After awhile, the eg disolves and all is left is a thin film. The egg then pops, so the film stays in, and open. Now, while he is running the engine (a month or two down the road) the pump will suck the film up, slowly starve the engine of fuel and it will die. the suction stops, so he will crank it back up and drive away... some other day it will happen again. trust me, it will cost him plenty of hassle and cash to get it fixed. No real harm done, and revenge will have been had.

More eggs = more often clogging of the pump.

Its an old trick, should still work tho !

And I am not finding many Roll Pan that would work with factory hitch. Sorry man, Maybe another aftermarket style bumper, such as Road Armor ?

My father told me one they used to do, take a dead mouse and drop it in the tank, the hair will slowly fall out clogging the fuel filter you will have to change it about 3 times before you get all the hair out.
Hey man thanks for even looking for me I really appreciate it, I didn't think I would find any for the stock hitch so I will probably just go back with a stock bumper.

Personally, I wouldn't do harm to his vehicle.. I would go with a police report or investigation. Maybe to late though. But where I live, I'm sure they just blow this away, got bigger fish to fry but at least worth trying. What year is the vehicle? Might try loosening up the fuel cap, set a code and he'll have to spend $ to get it checked out out of his pocket. No harm done.

All tasteful ways to get back at an idiot messing with your stuff without doing any real harm.

I also liked the idea of putting it on blocks and putting the tires in the bed.

Damn bud, a dead mouse ?? Go buy one at the pet store man ! and DO IT !!! Don't let that *** get away with it, otherwise next time it happens, he'll think he can get away again. Don't hurt his truck (too low in my book)
but there are some clever ways of fuking with people on this thread.

I say steal his rear driveshaft. The the next night, bring it back and put it in his truck bed.

Then a week later, let out all the air in his tires (not by slashing them ! )

I remember back in highschool, we would take a jack, move the car/truck a few spaces (just to make them go "WTF?") Then take shrink wrap (worked at a cabinet shop, had PLENTY !) and with one other buddy, have him hold it on the driver side door, and throw the roll under the truck. You grab the roll, pull it tight (so it "sticks") and throw it back to your buddy OVER the top. Continue this process for a while, until it is imposible to open the doors. Lay it on there nice and thick. Then sit back and enjoy !

and at the very least, go burn a bag of chit on his porch !

Well there is nothing I can do about it, it is a private parking lot and there are no witnesses, and when I confronted him about it of course he wont admit it.
So my question is does anyone make a roll pan that will work with the stock receiver hitch? Or should I just go buy a stock style bumper, ranch hand style bumpers is not the look I am going for in this truck.

This same thing happend to my girl and me last night at the bowling lanes.
Don't know who it was... And now have a large dent and missing paint on the drivers rear of my bumper.

I'm pretty PISSED. But your NOT alone...
