What do you guys think? good or bad price and your opinions on changing the tranny and plugs? Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks
I don't know about the transfer case service, but my dealer charges $28 for my oil change, they would charge me $69 for a fuel filter, but I do them myself for about $13 and the multipoint checkup is free.
