thoughts? upper chrome bumper cover

Just came across this and have not seen it before-

just wondering what everyones thoughts are on it.

Too much Chrome?

I'd say it's too much and probably doesn't flow well when looking at the truck from the side.

I've seen one in person before, and I remember loking at the truck and it just looking WRONG!

the more i look at it, it just looks like 2 bumpers stacked ontop one another...

I didnt have any plans of ever getting one... just wondering what peoples take were.
