i see they re only $24.99, how good can they
be, but they also charge $50 for shipping so id
assume they make their money off of that.
and will 9005's fit my my 2005 rectangualr foggers?

 

That is the same kit and seller that I am going to buy for my fogs, I am going to go for the 6000K bulbs. The 9005's will fit the fogs, I have 9005 silverstars in my fogs now.

They charge more for the shipping since Ebay bases thier fees off the selling price. So the post a low selling price and a higher shipping price to make more money.

 

hahahah so noones gonna notice the outrageous shipping cost? wow 50 dollars for an hid kit to ship is a little rediculous if you ask me

 

I used the 9145 bulb size in my fogs, i have the 04-05 rectangular fog housing. I have heard of the 9005s burning hotter and melting part of the housing.

Mine have been perfect so far.

Guys take a look at these pics for an idea of an easy ballast mounting spot for the fogs. Just outside the tow hooks behind the bumper there is a frame insert where the ballasts fit PERFECTLY snug, just use the double sided tape provided. It was like Ford designed it just for ballasts.

 

how well does that double sided tape hold up, and im sure those ballast are water resist right?
