Have you tried a local custom vinyl shop? See if they could make some for ya that have a UV resistant vinyl. I'd think that they'd have something like that.

diss......

I will be putting on the Roush stripes in the spring. I generally like wider stripes better but I think the Roush's look fine. Also I heard there were issues with the indents in the roof and wide stripes.

I dont see the Roush stripes fading ever, that would require sun, which we dont have in Washington. If they do mold or crack, I'll probably paint.

yes the roof indents do create an issue when doing wide vinyl...

the vinyl i used was supposedly "6 year" but began fading and cracking after less than 2. im sure the roush stripes are better quality, but no vinyl is going to last for ever on top surfaces. my side stripes are still vinyl and have no fading or cracking at all, but the surfaces that get the elements go much quicker. i am also in atlanta, and the summers do get quite hot here...

but yes mildew stains can also occur. this only happened to me on the roof where the drainage wasnt as good. being in WA, you may have less fading and cracking, but the mildew stains may come quicker...

If so, do you have an pic that shows how it looks?

I hope you noted this...just in case you were expecting it to do so.

These kits do not stripe the roof of the truck.

But it looks like a good deal and if you get it let us know how it works out and please post pictures.
