I originallly wanted to lift my truck with a 6" and 35's, but after figurinng how much it would all cost and the fact that i drive a lot, I'm starting to lean towards just leveling it with 33's or 35's. that said, i've been thinking a lot about the bilsteins. from what i understand, you'll get a better ride out of them vs. the stock shocks. if you were looking to level, which route would you go?

 

Go with the bilstein's all around. I got the 5100 leveling shocks on my 04 Supercrew, and love the ride. They are a bit more firm when they need to be but will still give you an OEM type ride. I've seen a couple of ebay auctions on for all for shocks for a reasonable price. The OEM shocks on these trucks are somewhat weak in my opinion. I got my OEM motorcraft shocks back when the dealership installed my shocks, I could easily compress them with my arms, they are way too soft in my opionion. There is a seller on ebay by the name of (topguncustomz) this seller offers the leveling shocks, check him out and see if you like his prices.
