where can i find a male and female 6 pin pigtails that mate together? i have search the motorcraft website, but none of them look like they mate together. to install the rear camera, i am going to have to make a 15" harness to save $250, but i need the pigtails so i can take my tailgate off if needed. thanks in advance!!!

Good idea, that would probably be the best and like you said, cheapest way.

Other than the connectors, is everything else is going good with the camera set-up?

A 6 pin male and female connector is going to be hard to find if not impossible.
4 pin and 8 pin connectors are easy to find.
You can find 8 pin male and female pig tails in the Motorcraft catalog.
