I got the refund.

For those who doubted me, I'm not scared to be my own personal lawyer.

The owner thought I was in college for business law.

Stupid idiot... Imma Computer Info Sys major.

So I got my $325 back in a check... so I scanned it and I'll post it later.

But yes, I am happy... and that money is going to go to some stupid mod on my truck.... like maybe some pink colored tires. J/K... This spring I'll look for a nice set of tires that actually have excellent reviews.

Oh, and FYI, the tires that were supposed to be on it were 'E' load rated tires. As far as which ones... I have not a freakin' clue. Dealer doesn't know either. I dunno what the big deal is... If Ford makes it, they should know. For some reason TireRack doesn't list all of the GY Conquests... but I found out from another tire dealer that I'm 100% correct about the '99... he's not even sure about the '07.

So as long as I got my cash, it's no biggie... I just need to find the correct tires for it - which shouldn't be hard.

But I'll post a pic of the transaction later... I'm hungry...

If they give you a hassle contact the local news station in your area, most stations have a consumer reporter, who does local stories of people who get scammed from local businesses....at least they do around here,........once they see a news camera in their face, they will offer you tires & them some!........Good luck!.......
