ok thanks, that clears alot of things up for me, so u can paint the hub?, the part showing through the wheels

Do not paint the part of the rotor that the brake pads touch. Even though it may come off when you hit the brakes some of the paint will stay on your pads and contaminate them. It will affect your brake performance. You CAN paint the hub part of the rotor. (The part that still has the cast surface.)
