I haven't gotten an alignment yet. That will come next week, hopefully Monday. Once I get it aligned then I'll have my tires mounted. In the meantime I'm just wearing down the stockers.
Is the wear really excessive without getting the alignment? I don't care about the factory tires, just currious.

Thank you for posting
According to my measurements I got 2 inches of lift from this thing.
Is there any settling with an AutoSpring? I don't really see how there could be.
And to get the 1.5" spacer you'll have to call AS direct. They don't sell it through their ebay auctions.

I really want to go your direction...My only problem, is that my KR has 20 in rims. A bigger tire with 18 rims seems to look better. PimpRohrs ride looked sweet with his factory 18's

PimpRohrs factory rims were the 20's. And they look bad-*** with bigger tires. That was the route I was going to go, but decided to stick with my 17's since I couldn't find a good deal on a set of factory 20's and my fiance would kill me if I bought a set of 20's AND then went and bought a leveling kit AND new, bigger tires. Plus, 17" tires are a whole lot cheaper.
I say go for it!

Guess it's just not an exact science. I put on a 2" spacer and ended up with nearly 3" of lift. If I had known that before hand I would have bought the 1 1/2" spacer instead myself.

I am in the same boat. I want to keep some rake for when I tow occasionally as well as minimize the angles on the front suspension. Looks like 1.5 is the way I am going to go. Tag for pictures with the tires mounted up.

I guess my post has renewed interest in the 1.5" AS.
They said they quit posting the auctions for them on ebay because they were kind of unpopular.

Tires and alignment are getting done after work today. Then I'm running the clock for the boy's basketball game. I'll try to get some pictures tonight, even if it will be dark. I can't wait for 3:00 to roll around!

Can't wait to see pics. Thinking about doing the same thing to mine now. The 295/70/17's fit fine on a stock rim?

They sure do. You can fit up to a 35x12.5 inch tire on a stock rim with the right leveling kit.

I wonder if they sent a 2 inch kit either by mistake or a oh well he'll never know the difference. I have been debating on a 1.5 for a while, if its going to give me 2 inches of lift, whats the point of selling it as a 1.5? I understand that its not exactly a 1.5 inch high spacer, but it leaves me with questions.
