20x9 or 20x10 for 37x13.5 tire?

Im planning on buying new 20" wheels and 37x13.5 Toyos-

I think i have my rim chose narrowed down, however most come in 20x9 or 20x10

the 20x9 backspacing is 5.47" with a +12mm offset.

the 20x10 backspacing is 4.5" with a -25mm offset.

I am not sure what to get for a 37x13.5x20 Toyo M/T?????

The way i am under standing this is, the 20x10 wheel is going to stick out 2" more then the 20x9?? correct? or am i wrong?

The wheels i have now are 18x9 w/ backspacing 5.0" and +2mm offset and I have 325x60x18 Nitto Terras on it. I really like the stance of my setup at this time.... So i am thinking if I stick with a 20x9 wheel i should have almost the same stance???? and the 13.5" wide tire should fit a 9" rim ok correct?

Also, what is the offset telling me and how does that play into this?

I dont want fender flares so more tire under the truck is what i am looking for.

My suspenion setup is/will be 6" Fabtech, 2" Autosprings spacer, 5" Factech rear block w/ 2" aal-

thanks all and sorry for the novel-

If you want the tire to stay under the fender more than you should go with the first wheel.

The second wheel will stick out a few inches, it wouldn't look bad at all though.
