Windshield Washers uh oh

I have a 2004 F150 and its windshield washers are inop. It is about 10 degrees out and no fluid comes through the washers. The pump is running when the button is pushed and I had regular washer fluid in the tank. I just added some of the yellow prestone fluid considering the colder weather. I guess my only solution is wait till it warms up outside? I think some might be frozen in the line? Any one have a similar issue? Also the cowl where the washers are seems to pop up once in a while? I push it down and clip it in and it pops back up. The washers always worked even when the plastic cowl poped up. Any suggestions would be great.

Yeah, happens to me all the time. park it inside or pour some water on them. And pertaining to the cowl...that should be recalled...I have had mine replaced 4x and the thing keeps popping out. It really annoys me.

Yea,this happens to me to. I use the cheap stuff and it freezes up. Put some of the good stuff in, its labeled as De-icer good to -35f or so, and it works a lot better. Even the good stuff still plugs up occasionally.
