Just curious, but how many miles are most of getting out of the stock belt?

 

55,000 so far on this (stock) belt. 182,000 on my old 98 f-150. Talked to the new owner the other day. Approaching 200,000 still stock belt.

 

so that's what that bolt is sticking out of in the picture I sent you JBM.

Oh, and there's a new wet spot devloping below my truck in the garrage at work. I'm hoping it's just spilled oil that's running off. Love you Ourisman Ford....

 

Yup, I could not get a good look this morning before work to tell you for sure. I would check the spot below your truck and see if it is power steering fluid.

 

what kind of belt are you using when you replace yours? mine squeals when it's humid out and it's getting annoying. gatorback belt from troyer?
