I think it looks good and i dont believe the replacements are that heavy. When we did my buddies 3/4 ton duramax and i dont remember it being all that heavy.

I like it alot, looks nice IMO!! I am thinking about getting just the grill gaurd from Ranchhand, but that is definitely nice looking!
