Yea or just go to the muffler shop. Tell them what you want to do (di/do) and they can tell you what muffler options you have. If they want to charge you more for the muffler than you want to pay, just tell them to give you the part number and you will buy the muffler elsewhere and you'll bring it in for them to install.

4x4whitestx where in MI are you from? I am from Big Rapids area. and I would say just shop around and check out more muffler shops and just tell them what you want done

So true duals is a dual in/ dual out muffler and what exactly is done withe the y before the muffler?

Or have two pipes with their own muffler, so you would have two pipes and two mufflers.

The Y-pipe is cut off.

awesome I'm buying it, so now for tips just any Maggie truck tip with a 2.5'' inlet?

They don't have to be a Maggie tip and if you find one you want and the inlet isn't 2.5"s most shops can make an adapter for larger tips. Whatever you do make sure they are stainless.
