Cargo Roof Rack?

Any idea where I can find a roof cargo basket for an 04 Screw. I can't say I've ever seen one in person. I saw the one on one of the threads on here from Westin, but couldn't find it on Westin website. Does anyone know of or have seen any cargo baskets on a supercrew?

I'm looking more for one that just goes on the roof of the truck. I don't have a topper and am not looking to get one. Impact9's setup is nice and kind of what I'm looking for in mine, minus the topper. I need a cargo basket that will just fit on top of a supercrew.

You can use this one on the roof as well. Just have the get the correct landing pads for the roof.

Check out www.rackattack.com they have a fitment guide that will help you select the right parts. Then search ebay for good deals. Also check out www.ems.com that's where I got some of my stuff for this rack real cheap. I ended up getting the basket and extension from ebay, towers from rackattack, and the crossbars from ems. locks and light mounts from ebay as well.

I took a look at your gallery and your truck looks awesome. Can you give me any more info on that roof rack...what all I need to set it up? what brand name? where to get it? price? I think that would look great on my truck with some hella lights on it! I've got grooves in the top of my roof and that's it? What do I need to get that rack on there? Also I know it's a stretch but if you are able to I'd appreicate some more pics of it at different angles. Thanks a lot man! I also really like the bushwacker pocket flares; nice touch.

I edited my post up there when you was posting. Yakima makes my rack but there is also Thule that looks pretty good. There are other companies that make some pretty tough looking setups but those two I mentioned are the most versatile.

You'll need the Q-towers and the Q Clips 122 to mount the towers to the roof, and a set of 58" crossbars and the basket. Get the megawarrior basket it's wider and longer. It's 52" long and you can get the extension which adds 22".

Core locks are a nice addition to secure the system to the roof but not necessary.

Do I have to buy the racks separately or does the cargo basket come with the racks that attach to the truck itself? How much am I going to spend for the whole set-up....racks, cargo basket, lights?

If your buying all new equipment expect to spend $800 just to get the basket and associated equipment needed to mount it. The light mounts can be found cheap on ebay at around $20. Everything has to be bought seperately since there are hundreds of different setups you can do.

http://www.yakima.com/Consumer/Step1.aspx

That will show you what you need. Then check ebay and Google's Shopping tool for best price. Even getting some items used can save you lots of money.

Impact...seems like you are knowlegeabe enough about this stuff. Does this seem like a good deal? Advertised on craigslist close to me. E-mailing him now to see what kind the specifics are on the rack, but looks like it would fit my truck.

You need to find out what truck that is coming off of. If it's not a ford 04-08 truck the towers, clips, and crossbars won't fit. Also the loadwarrior is some what smaller at 44x39 vs the megawarrior's 52x48.

It's not a bad price at all. Brand new it's all together like $550 but like I mentioned before it probably won't fit your truck.

Ya know roof racks are cool looking, especially when you throw some lights on it. But unless you can put a rack on a camper shell, it doesn't seem to look that nice on the top of the truck. it just makes the truck look tall...in a funny way.

But the rack on a camper shell looks cool.

I've also got the Yakima setup for hauling gear on my roof. It works great! I mostly use it to haul kayaks. There are pics in my gallery.
