Upadted pics of my F-150

Hey guys,

We just took updated pics of my f-150. I got new tires yesterday and since that last time I posted pics I got Dual flowmasters, 2" ground force leveling kit, new chrome grille, and a New system which includes a 15 inch sub and the Alpine head unit with the screen made for ipods. I just hit 30,000 miles yesterday and I love this truck more than anything. Tomorrow the truck is going into the shop for 15 or 20 percent tint all the way around, what do you guys think I should get? Do not bash the pinstripe as it is painted on and yes I hate it, and yes I wish I could take it off but I can live with it. Tell me what you think and please tell me what else I should do to it.

Thanks,
mike

Taking those nerf bars off really helped the looks of your truck, IMO. With the 2" rear drop and 20" wheels is has nice stance. Good job.

Not too bad! As long as the pinstrip is PAINTED on then you're good in my book. I had one on my 99 F150 but it was a decal and I would NEVER do that again, painted yes, but decal no way!

I've got 15% on my front windows and 15% over the factory on the back - very dark! There are some pics in my gallery if you're interested in taking a look.

Also - I had 20% on my last truck and that is about the point where the yellow lines are hard to see when making left turns at night. 15% is great but if I did it again I'd go 20%.

Looks great! Where did you find headlights w/ the clear corners, or did you just break out the orange reflector?

your truck

I think all you need to do is get a California car duster and give it an occasional dusting to keep it looking that way. Looks sharp.

I did not take the housing apart. I cut the reflector piece by piece and took it out piece by piece through the hole lol. Its pretty hard but I guess its worth it. Free clear corners. All I know is that it looks better than those POS ebay clear corners.

Is taking out the yellow reflector legal? I've been thinking about this as well, but not sure if it will work on HD lights....

I'm not sure but i would like to know because i have really been wanting to do that to my truck!

EDIT: Actually from some looking around what i gathered is you can have a chrome turning bulb as long as it flashes amber. But you must have a front and rear reflector. Orange on the front and red on the back to specify which side of the vehicle it is. So i guess it's illegal to take it off but i also read cops won't pull you over for it unless they can get another reason to pull you over. So i don't know 100% for sure about it.
