I had this happen to me on the Exploder, but I only had one key that worked. Talk about annoying. A whole day at the dealer and $140 to redo the PATS system.

So, whenever I get any new Fords, I immediately get one extra key and reprogram it myself so that I always have 2 sets (the minimum requirement to add additional keys). Here's the link on how to reprogram additional keys:
