Different names for different things I guess, all depends what part of the country we are all from.I have 4 different hitches that I use:
a pintle hitch with 4" raise (for our equipment/construction trailers)
a 2" raise with 2 5/16" ball (for our equipment/construction and enclosed trailers)
a 2" drop with 2" ball (if I have to use a buddies car trailer)
a 4" drop with 2" ball (for my snowmobile trailer)

Ok if you just need the "draw bar" as called here as stated go to wally world/auto zone or anywhere of the sort and get a reese one-best to measure where your trailor sits level to find out if you need a drop or standard draw bar
Ive always know the part on the truck to be the hitch and the part with the ball to be the ball mount
