Heated seats

Do all Lariats have heated seats? I always thought they did, but looking at a few I didn't see a "seat heater button". I've only seen the buttons on the dash under the HVAC controls.

I think the button is on the side of the seats... and they are only timed to 10 minutes... so it's a big PITA to keep pressing the button. Not worth it in my opinion if it keeps turning off.

The heated seats in our compass is pretty nice... you have 3 options (High, Low, Off) and it shows up on a little bar graph on the console... not to mention they do not shut off unless you turn the car off or you press the button to turn it off.. hence there is no annoying timer.

No it is an option and the red buttons are on the dash at each end of the electronic a/c display. The option also includes a power passenger seat. I love mine in the winter!

I love my heated seats. They are timed for more than 10 minutes, and there are two levels. You really don't need more than ten minutes though. The heat comes through the seat pan and the lower back portion. I just used them this morning coming home...Toasty.

Well just from experience with the older Ford heated seats... I had them in my Escape, and they only had 1 setting and they only stayed on for 10 minutes.

one of the best options you can have in a vehicle... the only one better is a heated steering wheel that comes with the winter package on range rovers/sports.
