Hi all,

I have a quick question about this. I have the squeek from the rear window, I DL the TSB and found that I need to do procedure B, which is easy.

My only question is, the exterior trim of the window goes all the way around the cab. Do I grease the entire exterior trim where it meets the paint or do I only do a certain section?? I'm not sure exactly where to grease this thing from the outside, only thing that makes sense to me is to lift the molding around the rear glass and grease all up underneath that....

Any help? Thanks

 

I actually used silicone and let it dry before moving the window, it not, the grease will just smear I would think. The silicone did the trick for me.

 

Mine will rattle when it is cold I just hit the open button for a sec and it makes it stop

 

can you buy the trim for procedure A? mine rattles and i'm sure the dealer would charge me to fix it since i'm over 35K.
