Did BFG ever come out with a tire for 18" wheels that was between the 285 and the 305...if so has anyone tried them and how did you like them?

Hmmm... I wonder what the new MT KM2 would look like on our trucks...

Awhile back there was talk on here about BFG coming out with a new size (I think 295)...anyone here running 305s on 18" factory wheels with leveling kit? If so, how much rubbing is there?

The 305s in 18" rim fitments are 305/60R18, which according to BFG measure out at 32.6"x12.2", or .4" shorter and .3" narrower than 33x12.50s which are known to fit easily with a leveling kit.

33.7"x12.2". Still no problem. Pretty close to 305/70R17 (.3" of an inch shorter) and I know those fit, there are a couple of guys running those tires as a safe choice instead of 35s.

Here's one with 305/65/18's with a 2" leveling kit:

And here's one with the new BFG KM2 35"

Both of those look bad to the bone to me. I'm going with the 34" AT because they're 1200 a set vs. almost 1600 for the 35" KM2.

Any of these truck owners complain of rubbing other than at full turn?

Not at all. In fact, the owner of the first truck (Smitty'sLariat) traded those 34" ATs for a set of 35" BFG Muds. No rubbing. The second owner (04Fx4Silver) has a 2" leveling kit too and no rubbing - he also has a 3" rear block but that isn't necessary to clear the tires.

You can get a lot of info from the Powertrain (OEM) forum under "Wheels and Tires" it seems every other thread is about putting 33's or 35's on leveled trucks.
