I have a 2005 F150 Supercrew. I have this annoying little rattle coming from somewheres on the drivers side dash. It only happens when accelerating from a dead stop. I get seem to make it happen when parked in the driveway. But as soon as I give it some gas from a stop it happens and it only happens for couple of seconds. It drives me nuts!!!


Any thoughts?

I have an annoying dash rattle as well. Only in the morning when the truck is cold. I start the truck, wait about 30 seconds, put the truck in gear, drive to the end of my development and when I come to a stop at the light, the rattling starts. If I put the truck in Neutral or Park and let my foot off the brake, the rattling stops. Put it back in gear with my foot on the brake, the rattling starts again. Once I start moving, the rattling stops.

Is this the same thing you guys were experiencing?

I just went out and checked the air intake nozzle and it wasn't attached to the fenderwell, so I just connected it. I won't know until tomorrow morning if that was the problem or not.
