Grille opinions

Well Got the Roush chrome grille on now. I thought it was cool, but now it seems like its just too much chrome. I am thinking about putting the honeycomb back on, or maybe painting the honeycomb black then putting it back on. Let me know what you guys think. The honeycomb seems to have more of a badass truck look while all the chrome is "nice and clean" looking, plus too much chrome is just plain bad

I like the chrome, so feel free to send it my way if you take it off! :-) I am actually thinking about putting the FX2 on mine, but I dunno.

I will buy it from you if you want to sell it. Is it an overlay or a full replacement?

It is the roush chrome grille. You can find it at roush's website, it retails about $200. If I decide to take it off, I will sell it. Basically the grille snaps in/out of the surround, just as the honeycomb part does.

I like the Roush grille but than again the Black XLT grille doesn't look bad either. I had it before I got the FX2 grille.

Get a painted black surround. The chrome surround and the Roush grille is too much. I have the HD headlights, those combined with the Roush grille is just enough chrome.

I think that the XLT grill painted black would look pretty good, and would probably be your cheapest option. Otherwise keep the Roush and just put a black surround on.

I personally just bought a FX2 grille w/surround, I am going to paint it all black and then get some black w/chrome emblem overlays.
