might as well keep it....like you said the only thing is the price depreciation on it with higher miles....but you would also have high depreciation the first year on a new truck anyways...

I'd either keep and sell at 100k or keep and start saving for the head removal I've heard we most all can expect with the 100k plug maintanance on the 5.4 3v. 2000-3000k bucks should cover it.
