Aluminum Drive Shaft

Would a '97-'04 drive shaft for the 145" wheel base work on a '04-'07 NBS F150?

Why am I asking? Because I want an aluminum driveshaft... I had one on my '99... it actually came stock... I want to order one, but I'm not sure if it will fit. Anyone know?

Got a good place to get one online? As long as it's balanced and is that shiny aluminum, it's what I want.

Besides, I plan on getting heavy duty Zerked cardon joints.

You might think I'm crazy... but I keep my underbody and engine cleaner than the paint on the truck. lol

I got mine from www.thrashdriveshaft.com since I broke the stocker at the track, they told me the driveshaft they built would hold a 1000hp its nice I have a few pix in my gallery cost me about $430 that includes super strong ( spicer)U-joints and yoke

ManualF150 why do you NEED an Aluminum DS? I can see how it would make sense going from a steel to an Aluminum one if you were gearing toward performance and a few extra pounds mattered but in your case I cant see how it would be worth the cost to "upgrade".
