Ouch, I hadn't heard of that until now. Anybody know how quiet the superduties cabs are? I've heard how relatively "quiet" the engines are.

Very quite...quiter than my F150 was with the Airaid and Banks. The only thing you here is the turbos under hard acceleration. In fact the 6.4 is very quite for a PS. I test drove an 07 and my 08 back to back and the difference was incredible. You should go drive one and you will be impressed with everything about it...power, ride, noise level and compfort. Its as much an improvment over the F150 as the F150 was over my Ram (ride wise)...and thats saying a lot.

The 2008 Limited has glossy vertical moldings.

Also, I believe the Mark LT has them as well.

i guess leave it to the ford styling department....my 2007 f150 came with gloss black pillars....but it is a harley edition.

i guess the same way the fx4 lux package gets painted door handles and flat black fender trim....and a lariat gets flat black door handles and painted fender trim....just one of those things

My roomate decided to be nice and wash my truck for me but was too lazy to dry it. Now mine look like crap

Mine still look perfect, I do put wax on them when I wax my truck. If you have ever stared at your truck like I do you will notice that at the top of the pillar there isn't a rubber seal which looks a little out of place unless you have the flat black pillar, just a thought, could be a design flow thing. I still like the glossy style better.
