Thats a good truck you bought, enjoy it... I really like the new F-250/350, but the new GMC's look damn cool as well. The Duramax is a proven engine for as long as its been around so far. The 6.0L's are junk IMO. My work has had 5 of them, and all of them have had one major problem or another. Now the 6.4L, if it proves itself and keeps up the power wars, it will be a great motor for FORD. Plus FORD is the toughest truck on the road, theres def no debating that. I have had GM's since I could drive, and I never realized how much tougher FORD's really were until I saw what most industrial businesses use them for. After comparing the new GM 1/2ton, Titan, and Ram 1500 to the F-150, The choice was pretty clear.

 

Congrats on your new truck. The new design looks good.

My father has an 02 DMAX 2500, and after $19,000 CDN in repairs is still runs great.

oh ya, side note, beat many 6.0's, 7.3 (with twins) 6.4's don't dare race, (my dad hates his, worst truck ever owned) 06 gt mustang,... hmmmm.... oh ya, i love this truck with 0!!!!!! trips to the dealer( compared to prob 12ish with my 05f150

btw... i love the look of fords and some of their vehicles, and have nothing against them, along with any of the big names, but bad luck with my f150 made me trade sides! i loved my ranger!!!!

and father ford does have a sick truck


so to all those thinking im bagging on fords.... i have no prob with them, in fact i just went in with a couple friends on a 63 falcon 289 twin turbo its our new project race car
