Ok, Einstein. Did you figure out that this wasn't a picture of my truck all by your little self? I guess your mommy is proud. I got the picture from here:

Because I didn't feel like digging up a picture of my engine bay, which looks exactly like the one in the picture, with the exception of the truck being a different color.

All I wanted was for somebody to post a real pic of their filter. Not some fraudulent pic like freeky posted, the lazy facker !!!

As one can clearly see, I was right. Ram posted a REAL pic of his filter, and after serious perusal, I determine the filter location to be approximately 1-2 millimeters left (maybe right) of the filter on the evil white truck!

Thumb wrestling? I don't think we need to go that far!

never need a wrench.. hand tight only. comes off pretty easy every time by hand. Never had a leak either. Pissed me off that I had to take mine to the dealer for the first change because of how tight it was. Only oil change I never did myself.
