Speaking of Taco! Damn that guy is lucky to be alive. On a side note, looks like the F150's are taking a page out of Indy car designs. Engineering everything around the drivers cab to crumble and cushion the passenger compartment. I love that I have a Lifted 2wd F150! I feel safe, unless I hit a semi.

Ha, but you were ok! Speaking of your truck (sorry to hijack the thread) but how is it doing? Any problems from the rebuild?

None at all. I still need to get the radiator support plastic trim piece since they changed them for 2007. But everything is better than new. No problems.

i know it isnt a f150 but here a few weeks back a silverado 4x4 scab took on a semi head on doing about 45-50mph and lived. Wasnt in to bad of shape either. the while front of the truck was pushed into the firewall. if i could figure out how to add a picture in a message i would.

it might look bad on the back window but im confident even people in the backseat would have been okay in that crash. notice how the frame bends under the bed, NOT under the cab. Built Ford Tough
