1.5 level kit- troubleshoot ?

1.5 level kit- troubleshoot ?

I installed 1.5" on my FX4 screw 2004 with no problem but the spring and bolt by kunckle are hitting each other when hit the beach or pothole.

I m clueless since its supposed be clear between it since its offset level kit.

help ? advice ? suggest to look at?

i didnt know auto spring does a 1.5" kit andy ways... ya they all do that just deal with it its not hurting anything.

I don't think they make them anymore but they did for a while. I guess not enough people bought them. But, I agree with bud, it's not going to hurt anything. Seems weird that its happening though, it doesn't even happen on my 2" Bilstein 5100s.

1.5" yes you can still get it only if you call and request.

ok i just got upclose inspect with front tires off (of course with floor stands) my friend turns the steering left and right and BINGO...i noticed that if i turns right/left and its pretty close. if I hit pot hole/ deep bump during turns. it would hit but straight ahead it is not hitting.

Theres some rubbing on springs on both side..

I now believe that it will hit either turns left or right with pothole or beach (bounces) it will hit.

It only hit at full front suspension extension when I had my 2" AS spacer on. For me that was only if the truck was on a jack or jackstands.
