Intermittent rough idle? - Ford Quality?

I have an intermittent idle issue & would appreciate any input...
The idle is very rough when I turn on the AC or take my foot off the gas at a stop. When I accelerate it sounds like hell . Truck is less than 2 wks old & has >1k miles on it . Only mods are an AEM & Magnaflow exhaust installed earlier this week.
Any ideas?

I traded my 2k6 King Ranch in due to a phantom electrical issue that was a major pain. I LOVE these trucks and understand that anything that man makes can have issues....Maybe I wasn't meant to have a Ford

With less than a thousand miles, you shouldn't even be here asking what is this?? You should be at the dealership DEMANDING THEM TO FIX IT!!!!!

Sounds like you need to take your truck in.

It started 4 days after the mods.

I tool it in today & the shop foreman came out to look at it while the truck was acting up. I tried to "recreate" the situation by driving the same speed as yesterday w/ AC etc... He said it sounds like the engine has a miss on one of the cylinders...

Did they attempt to pull any codes? If so, what were they - also remember the lean misfire pending codes ( Mode 6 - a special diag tool required).

I suppose you could remove the intake - reset the pcm, and see how it runs ...

I don't believe in coinkydinks

g'luck.

Have you had the truck scanned??? I would definatelly check CAI (air intake) check and make sure everything is tight on the MAF and the TB, Check engine light on?? My CAI was loose at the MAF sensor and then recently at the TB and the check engine light was on came on a few times and found the culprit.

Latest & greatest..
The mods were not the issue
The dealer pulled a string of 6 codes, I don't know which ones, but they called Ford and a new engine is on its way per TSB. The service advisor said he's gonna get more scoop for me tomorrow morning. He wants to know the exact codes etc as much as I do.
When I get an exact TSB, I'll definitely post it on here for others.
