engine question

do they make a good oversized cam for the 04 4.6 that offers a lobe?? im really wanting to go with one with all the stuff ive been doing to it, i think it would be the perfect sound for my truck so any help is welcomed.

i believe you can use the mustang cams, i could be wrong though

Cams are for lift and duration of the valve train. Exhaust is for sound.....If you just want the engine lope a long duration cam will give, pull a plug wire.LOL.
(A cam on it's own, with out supporting mods, is less than worthless)

Don't all cams offer at least one lobe? Just kidding man. I don't think buying a cam for sound is practical. Cams are a huge part of the overall performance of the engine. Changing the cam should be carefully thought out with supporting modifications to make the cost and effort worthwhile.
