Then why would anyone use Rhino?

Absurd!

Sal,

I have an 2004 tailgate at home with the panel removed. I'll take a few pictures for you when I get off work.

Helped my neighbor remove the sprayed over bolts from his truck about a month ago. That was a mess. Quintin is absolutely correct about the hardness of the Line-x spray. We did the Dremmel thing to take most of the liner down just before hitting the bed on all of the bolts. Then we clamped a huge pair of vise grips to the tops of the bolts to twist them out. The best thing to do is touch up the panel around the holes and buy new torx bolts from the dealer. The bolt heads were completely filled with the liner, so nearly impossible to clean up.

On a side note, when I called the Linex number on the web, they said that removal of all bolts was a standard procedure at any Line-x dealer. That guy on Long Island is not doing his job.
