radio ?????????

i have a 04 fx4 and im a geting a 6-disk oem radio from a 2007 explorer my ? is will it hook up right and if the air bag senser i any way attched to the radio in the truck all redy

The airbag sensor light is not connected to the radio in any way.

The 2007 Explorer head units may not work in a 2004 F-150. Several Explorer models are not backwards compatable (DVD & Navigation)
