That sucks. Was it not that bad up until the point you got stuck? Behind the truck does not look nearly as bad as in the front. Has anyone tried winching you? Or only pulling/snatching? Do you leave your truck out on the trail when you get it stuck? I think I would be camping out with mine.

If you plan on doing this with your truck then a winch is the best investment you can make. I had a Warn 12000 on my last truck and it got me out of holes worse than what you are in. My advice for getting it out now would be to drive around the area and look for someone with a good sized tractor or even a loader that might want to make a few extra bucks and get him to help. They could pull it out easy.

Spent about 5 hours working on the back end last night. Our only light was from a 450R my friend let us borrow and the starter went out on it so we had to leave it running the whole time we were out there. We used that old jeep door we found as a base for the high lift jack to keep it from sinkin in the mud. We found a nice fallen down tree and took the chainsaw to it. Then we built a dam with some mud and just started shoveling the water out of the holes that my tires are in. We're about to go back out there and work on the front. Oh and my friend got his Tacoma stuck out there last night trying to take all our tools out to my truck so we had to carry the chainsaw, shovels, logs and all that crap back there on the fourwheeler. Man this blows!
