If I couldn't buy ANY Ford truck, then my next choice would be very close between a GMC 2500HD Duramax 4X4 or Dodge 2500 Cummins 4X4. If Dodge still had the 5.9L Cummins it would easily be my 2nd, especially with the older 12v or 2nd gen 24V.
