Question for those with ProComp skid plate

How difficult does the ProComp skid plate make it to change the oil filter? It appears that the skid plate will make it hard to reach the oil filter and also get in the way of where the oil drains down that little plastic channel thingy when you remove the filter.

I have the skid plate and i don't see it being a big problem to change the oil filter. Give me a few and i'll take some pics for you.

There's enough room that I can get a descent grip but it would be cleaner to just take out the few bolts and remove the plates.

Where did you get your skid plate and how much did you pay for it if you don't mind me asking.

Crap I bought mine from 4WheelParts, but it cost $198 shipped. Oh well... too late to do anything about it now.

Thanks for the picture Impact9. I think I'm going to relocate my oil filter with a remote kit to behind the front bumper like they were on the 1997 F-150's.

Oh and what's on your brake line?
