Predator Owners, Will Tuner Cure Hesitation?

I have an opportunity to buy, for cheap money, a Predator tuner for my 05 FX4. This truck exhibits significant engine hesitation whenever you try to accelerate and the tach is hovering around 2000 RPM. My dealer's service department reflashed the PCM, but I didn't notice much if any difference. When I complained to the service manager he gave me the typical response, "All throttle by wire Fords do that"
So will the Predator cure the hesitation, and what problems if any have you had with your tuner?
Thanx for any input.

Don't have the Predator, but tuning is the answer.

I have that tuner and it did increase throttle response for sure. Haven't had any problems with the tuner since I put it on.

There's been tons of debates on here of which tuner is best, but the general consensus is that any one will make a big improvement over the stock tuning...especially with throttle response.
