Rafa26 Goes on a RANT about JDM - Edited - Title Changed
In the future Rafa I would recommend asking for all of your stock parts back after the job is completed. What this does is:
A) lets you recoup some of your costs. That stock short block alone would have been worth hundreds to someone. Added all together (valvetrain, fuel pumps, radiator, fan, etc etc) could have made back quite of bit being re-sold.
B) lay to rest any doubts you have about a part being replaced. If you're getting your stock part back it's a pretty safe bet "something" was put in there in its place.
Any reputable shop won't have a problem with this. In fact they may like it if saves them space and recycling costs. From all the posts it sounds like JDM was straight up with everything they put on the truck. With all the business they have lined up its hard to believe they would need to scam someone in such a big way in order to stay in business. If they were hard core scammers there is no way they would have stayed in business that long, or decide to (voluntarily) become a member of the BBB........

1 complaint (resolved) in the past 3 years. That's a pretty good record for a shop that probably does thousands of jobs every year.

JDM, at the very least, were professional enough to come on here and back their claims and set the record straight.... albeit one sided.
When they [kindly and professionaly] offered Rafa to reply, he regurgitated some horse dung about going out to dinner and some other jibberish.
He [Rafa] drew first blood but doen't have the common decency to come to the party and back his claims.
Pretty pathetic really.
Judos to JDM.
