Name: Nick
Age: 27
Occupation: I am a Union Electrician. I Tun a crew that builds Substations for the local utility company.
Previous autos: 74 Ford Maverick w/ 302. 98 Isuzu Hombre (GM product S-10). 98 GMC Yukon. 86 F-150
Why Ford: The only 2 of the above vehicles that made it over 70k miles with no major issues were the Fords. The Hombre blew 2 heads in under 60K miles because i drove it with the A/C on. The Yukon had 18 pages of service done on it between 50k and 60k Miles. The 2 fords are still driving today. I see the Maverick (180k miles when i sold it) every now and then and I sold the F150 (now it has well over 200k on the odometer)to my cousin and he has driven it from Phx to Mexico a few times with no issues. I will always drive ford trucks.

Bought a Ford because it's the best looking and I've always had at least 1 in the driveway. Besides, it's nice having 4 doors and a pickup bed.

Charlie here,
Custom Cabinet Designer & Installer
Ventura, Ca.

Was driving 01 chevy silverado put about 150,000 on it. So it came time for a new truck, wasn`t even thinking about a ford. So me and my wife went to a dealership to check out the ford trucks (told her i was not interested in a ford truck). The 1st truck I saw, I was hooked, by just looking inside of the interior. Black leather, Wood grain panels, sporty white back faces,& etc... . Thought I was in luxury car! At 83,000 miles and minor repairs.(With my chevy! b4 I hit 100,000 miles it had a new tranny, front hubs, new full rr end & etc...) .I have been very please with my Ford truck

Dave's the name.

Been a gearhead all my life. Have my own auto/tk repair garage here in Winter Park, FL [Orlando] for the past 13+ years. Have four techs.

Worked as a Parts and Service Director for Ford dealerships for 25 years. Now that I repair all makes and models the Ford truck is superior. Glad everyone doesn't drive a Ford truck.....I make money off those broken chev, dodge, etc.

Married, two sons.

I'm a 27 yo with a AS General Engineering and a BS Industrial Engineering working as an Assistant Project Manager for a major Drilling/Well Servicing company working in Operations Support on the design/testing/training/implementation of new oil field equipment. I've been married nearly a year, with a 7 yo step daughter.

I've had a '88 Chevy S-10, a '92 Honda Accord, then was shopping around for a new truck in '99. Tried them all, got a Ford (regular cab stick).....then another one in '02 (SCab), then another one in '05 (SCrew). Each time I get a little nicer vehicle.....debating on what to do this December (lease is up) since I really like my truck as it is.....

I also have a '06 F150 SCab for work which I put about 3K on each month or two. Of course, that means I don't put a whole lotta miles on my own!

I grew up around Chevy's, but Ford fit like a glove in '99 and I haven't left!

I was a general contracter for a home builder, project management was the princeapal responsabilty, from cribbing, framming, dry wall to painting. I started out with a 97 F-150 reg cab long box with the 4.2, 5sp and 4x4.

I kick my self for letting that truck go, I had a bad run with Ford on a 02 F-150 XTR super cab and a 04 F-150 reg cab xlt long box 4x4.

Now I'm 100 % self employed and driving a Dodge, For a while I worked for a trucking company moving mobile homes, my wrk truck was a xl 05 4.6 F-150, that was a great truck until The trans went, the truck had a insane amount of Km on it and was beat up pretty bad before I got it, but it improved my relationship with Ford, not enough to give up my dodge, no way.

I'm an 38 year old IT Manager for the finance division of Volvo Trucks. I've been a motorhead from the age of 4, starting out with dirt bikes then graduating to cars. I've had 6 or 7 Mustangs ranging from a 65 GT to a supercharged 2000 GT... plus a few GM hot rods stuck in there somewhere.

The past few years I've kinda started breaking my own mould by aquiring my first truck, a 2006 F150 Lariat 4x4. I absolutely love it:

My current "hot rod" is a modded out 1972 Triumph TR6 that I've pretty built myself from the ground up... it's cammed, carbed, and geared
