Stalling update
I have the surging, and when it dies if you read the message center it reads "Low Oil Pressure". Now that may be a dummy gauge or response to the engine stall. I have changed the oil, put in oil stabilizer, still happens on occasion. It happens when I slow a stop rather abruptly or I do not let the truck warm up and then take off. Also, if I do not let it warm up it will go into failsafe engine mode and my edge will read, "Throttle Actuator XXXX" (XXXX because I can't remembere the trailing message). It's a throt position problem, I should try this out myself.
If you have any info, shed some light on my problem, thanks.

I don't remember the code that i have gotten but i think that it is the same one you are getting. Every time I've gotten the code it was when i was barley pushing on the throttle and all of a sudden the truck hesitates and goes into reduced power mode.
I bet this is your problem, because if I was to stop too quick, the engine would go way down to like 300-400 rpm, which would probably make it think the oil PSI was too low. And if you lightly tapped the throttle and then let off (like creeping in traffic) it would kind of jump a little and then idle back down really low. I got that part at discount so it may be more around $80 for you guys but it's still worth it because it's so easy to do. The new one looks different too, it's a little smaller.
Here's a pic of the old one with the box so you can get the part number

And here's the new one installed.
