how did you swap every piece of tan trim for black, how much did it cost and where did you get it? Very nice.

thanks. it was pretty simple most of the door components carried over to black pieces.the most expensive pieces were the dash and the leather seats but i got those at cost. everthing else i got from a local junk yard. anything that i couldnt find i just got from a friend who works in parts new. it took me a little over a yr to get to this point. all i need now are the 2 back panels and the headliner.

can you let us know what you basically paid for these parts, both at the yard and dealership? I don't even know where I could find an F150 in a junkyard, how did you manage that. Picknpulls are full of beaters.

well my friend told me about his friend who rolled his in the rain so i contacted the guy to see where the insurance company was taking it so i lucked out there. i paid 850 for the flow thru dash, 800 for the leather. 200 for the console on the classified adds 500 for the black door panels and all panels. 200 for the carpet. i think 150 for all the dash panels, seat panels and console connecting panels. 300 for both air bags. i think thats it.

Wow I wouldn't think that stuff would be that expensive coming out of a wreck. Looks good though. Were the seat belts toast or you just not get around to installing those yet?

Audio pic Requests.

Anyone have Audio upgrade pics? I need some ideas for subwoofer in my 2008 f250 SD crew. It has the power sliding rear window.. so space is at a premium.. unless I take out the rear seating area (Just joking in case my wife is reading!). I have a cpl 12"'s that I would love to reuse from my last vehicle.. but am not very hopeful.

Lots of nice stuff posted.
I personally plan on installing the Roush leather and Roush brushed aluminum interior trim kit. That should be a nice accent to the FX4 interior.

Pet peeve...

Posting "photos are in my gallery"....... That obvious, but if you want to share, why not post it in the thread so people can ohhh and ahhh, instead of clicking through your gallery.
