Help?

I need to find a fuse block cover for a Kicker wiring kit. Mine was destroyed in the accident so I need to find something to cover this thing up. Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction? I don't want to have to buy a whole new wiring kit just so I can get the damn cover.

Shouldn't this be up in the audio forums (ie: nothing specific to the 04+).

Would they sell that separately?

Contact Kicker directly. They'll likely get you one free or at a nominal charge. That or go through your shop to get them to toss in a little bit of pull in an effort to get you that part.

A link for the braeker or for the fuse holder? The breaker is like 60 but you can get fuse holders for like 5-10 bucks everywhere

I was worried that it could touch something and short circuit or catch fire. I have no clue about electronics so excuse me if I'm completely wrong. . at least I admit it. :o

If it's not out in the open where looks matter, couldn't you just wrap it in electrical tape and call it a day?

your 100% correct. This has happened to many people (cars catching fire) being uneducated about electronics. So it's a good to ask when in doubt no matter how silly it may seem. Pop over to the audio forum and there's plenty of us that do nothing but bleed stereos.

I've got something covering it right now. I'm glad I did so now.

My local audio store wants $40 for the fuse holder. I think I'll be able to get it cheaper than that dontcha think!?
