First off I would call Kicker directly, tell them the situation, and they will probably send one out to you for nothing. Ive gotten bigger, more expensive things for free from audio companies by just calling them on the phone and letting them know what happened. Even if they wont send you one completley free, it will still probably be your best bet to pay for a new cover.
If you dont have any luck there, Just buy a new fuseholder.
Or if your really desparate, get some massive heat shrink to go over the whole thing and heat it up so it covers it and seals around the wire. If the fuse would ever blow all you have to do is just slice the heatshrink off. If your good you wont blow a fuse though

I Emailed Arc about my amp and had a reply within an hour
I'd like to let everyone know that Kicker is a top notch company. I wish more companies could operate like this. I called up, didn't even really know what I was talking about, they helped me out. When I was transferred to someone else, I didn't have to explain the whole story again, they had already done that. All said n' done, they're going to find me one and if not they'll just send me a whole new fuse holder!! I've been dealing with so many crappy people when calling for customer service, this was a big breath of fresh air!!
