After a little misshap with my 2004 FX4 Screw, I am back in the market for a new truck. I plan to get an 08 Lariet 4X4. When I read the current adds about the sound systems offered, it seems a little bit confusing. The main problem is that I don't really want to read all that stuff. What are the factory option for a CD changer that can connect to an MP3 player. I will be using a Garmin NUVI 350 for navigation and MP3.

Also, what kind a wear are people getting out of the Pereli Scorpions with the 20" wheels? I had estimated that the Goodyear 18" AT on my old truck would have run 60,000 or better. I would have trouble paying $800 for 20 inch wheels that have tires that will not last 20,000 on them.

I wish I could wait for the 2009 and possibly a diesel, but 8 months without a truck is about my limit now.

 

With proper rotation and care they should last at least that. The perelli's on my 06 are showing no abnormal wear. I'm not sure what you're asking about the MP3 player.
