Is the FX2 grill emblem smaller than the XLT grille?

Is the FX2 grill emblem smaller than the XLT grille?
I think I read that somewhere. I bought an FX2 grill to replace the grille on my XLT. Will the badge fit? If not, where do I get the emblem?

Yes the badge is smaller than the factory emblem. I'm not quite sure which emblem fits but a simple search should find out.

I searched but couldn't find out which emblem would fit. Must not be using the right search terms. I think I read the '03 and older emblem would fit but hopefully someone can chime in on that. Thanks.

ok, nevermind. I found that it is the same as the 99-03 emblem. Thanks.

You'll need a 99-03 emblem.
