Storage Under Bedcover?

I'm trying to figure out what the best way to store my tools, floorjack, and all that stuff under my bed cover without having them slide around? Ive got tote boxes with a locker bar holding them in place but that is getting kind of old. What are ya'll using to store these items under your bedcover?

I keep everything under the rear seat.

I have the DualLiner bed liner with the rubber floor and it is great at keeping things right where you put them. I also have the bed extender and with it in the closed position it makes a nice little cargo area to keep things near the tailgate.

I use a couple of XXL-sized plastic totes, with a bungee cord to hold them against the front wall, side by side. Stack an air tank, tool box, and big first aid kit in between.

I have a rubbermaid toolbox that fits perfectly under my retrax canister. Holds it in place and no sliding at all.
