KBB says somewhere around $18k for a private party sale, $15k for trade in value, and $20k for suggested retail. You might be able to get around $18 to $20 with the lift and everything, it really depends on who the buyer would be. I would say the lift would devalue the truck if you're thinking about trading it in though

When I read the description of your truck, my first gut reaction was around 16k -- primarily because the modifications you have on the vehicle (while valuable to you) are going to be almost worthless to most buyers.

If you can you'd be far better off returning the truck to stock (if you were smart you kept all the factory components) and sell it in that form, then take your modifications and sell them individually over ebay.....

I think the modifications hurts the resale value as well as finding a buyer. Most buyers are afraid that a modified vehicle has been run hard or abused. I bought and sold cars for a dealer for several years at wholesale auto auctions. A modified vehicle brought far less when it went through than a stock vehicle. The bidders dropped their bids enough to offset returning the vehicle to stock or buying it cheap enough to sell it cheap if they needed to do so. If they found a buyer that wanted the vehicle with the modifications, they made a really good profit.

I had a guy offer me cash for mine... but it was still pretty new at the time, so I declined... I'd take it in a heartbeat now... and upgrade to a screw...

Not really sure what mine would bring now.

Not heavily modded, most are for aesthetics... other than EDGE and FM exhaust. Upgraded stereo, added LED lighting (nothing ricey), 2004 F-150 XLT Scab with 39k miles... anyone know what it would be worth?

And he must not be much of a friend either. You could buy a similar, but stock '07 for that money.
